A Reiki class for cool people.

Healing is not a thing or a desitination to see outside of yourself. Yes, some people and guideposts can help you along the way. However, true healing is a remembrance of something that stems from within.

My journey of offering Reiki classes stems from this notion. To empower the healer that already exists inside of you. And not to be dependent on others around you to create a shift inside of your world.

This month I rolled out the maiden voyage of my Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki I/II training. Not only was this an initiation for me as a teacher but also for these ladies embarking on a more profound journey on their healing path.

Along with the traditional Usui teachings of Reiki, history, how-to’s, and the process of using this healing system, the students participated in a depth of experiences to help go deeper into their healing process. A big part of this is to look at the synergistic relationship of giving and receiving and understand that when we disrupt this energy flow, we create dis-ease and imbalance in our bodies, minds, emotions, and spirit.

When I set out to begin offering Reiki classes, I wanted to weave in some of my own practices and tools that I have also used throughout my experience to help go deeper into my spirit, get in touch with my intuition, and “activate” my own inner guidance system a little more.

In my Reiki classes you'll experience and learn about powerful practices and rituals that help create energy, release energy, tap into abundance, and help you to let go of lack and scarcity. You'll also get in touch with your spirit guides, learn a powerful Breathwork meditation exercise, experience hands on crystal healing, and connect with others who will all reflect your healing path right back to you.

My next available Usui/Holy Fire III® Reiki class will be on January 21st and 22nd in Bountiful, Utah and registration is now open!
